About Curzio

Born and raised in the small town of Pedaso within the coastal province of Fermo Italy, Curzio is an Italian private chef and tutor based in Folkestone, Kent.

Curzio, who is also an artist and classical painter, has a passion for traditional Italian cooking, learnt at the knee of his grandmother, who taught him the recipes and techniques that have been handed down from generation to generation.

He brings his artistic eye and flair to his cooking, creating exquisite hand-made pasta and pizzas dishes, all from the finest, fresh ingredients.
